Each question costs 10 tokens, and buying again adds that plan’s allowance to whatever you have left. Run out early and you can top up; topped-up tokens never expire. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel — access simply ends after 30 days unless you buy again. Card details are entered on our provider’s own secure fields and never reach this site.

Billing questions
Is this a subscription?
No. Each plan is a single payment that buys 30 days and a set number of questions. Nothing renews, no card is kept, and you are never charged again unless you choose to buy again.
What happens after 30 days?
Access stops and the assistant pauses. We email you a few days beforehand and again when it ends, so it never happens without warning. Buy again whenever you like — there is no gap you have to avoid and no penalty for leaving one.
How do I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel. We do not keep your card and nothing bills again, so stopping simply means not buying another 30 days.
Can I change plan?
Yes — buy the other plan whenever you like. Its 30 days are added to whatever time you have left, and its questions to whatever questions you have left.
What if I use all my questions before the 30 days are up?
You can top up at any time, or buy another 30 days early. Top-ups cost more per question than a plan does, but they never expire and are only used once your plan allowance has run out.
Do unused questions carry over?
Yes. Buying again adds the new allowance to whatever is left rather than replacing it, so you never lose questions you have paid for. You do need access running to use them. Topped-up questions are separate and never expire.
Do you store my card?
No. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s own hosted field and never reach this site.
