How topping up works
Two pools, and the cheaper one is always spent first.
Your monthly allowance
Included with your plan and reset at every renewal. Unused questions do not carry over, so this is spent first.
Topped-up questions
Bought here, and yours until you use them. They survive every renewal and are only touched once the allowance runs out.
A plan is cheaper
Top-ups cost more per question than a plan does. If you top up often, moving to a bigger plan will cost you less.

Do topped-up questions expire?
No. They stay on your account until you use them, through any number of renewals.
Which gets used first?
Your monthly allowance, always. Topped-up questions are held back until it is empty, so nothing you paid extra for is lost to a reset.
Can I top up without a plan?
You need an active plan to use the assistant. Topping up adds questions to an account that already has one.
Is a refund possible?
See the refund policy. Unused questions are the usual basis for one.
