Booking Conditions

1. What a package means

A package is flights, accommodation and, where stated, transfers sold together as one contract. Buying the same components separately does not create a package and does not carry the same protection.

2. Making a booking

A booking is made when payment is completed and a confirmation with a reference is issued. Until then nothing is held.

3. Prices

• Prices are per person and assume two people sharing a room.
• Single occupancy, extra beds and larger rooms are priced separately.
• The price covers the components listed on the package page and nothing else.
• Insurance is never included and must be arranged separately.

4. Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout as a single transaction. Deposits and instalment plans are not available: core WooCommerce takes one payment for a simple product, and this build has no extension that changes that.

5. Changes by you

A change to any element is a change to the whole package. Whether a change is possible depends on the airline and the accommodation, and a change may cost more than the difference in headline price.

6. Changes by the operator

Minor changes — a flight time moving by an hour, a room reallocated within the same category — do not entitle you to cancel. Significant changes do, and your options in that case are to accept the change, take an alternative, or cancel for a refund of what you paid.

7. Cancellation by you

Cancellation charges rise as departure approaches. The scale is set out in the refund and cancellation policy.

8. Passports, visas and health

Checking passport validity, visa requirements and health requirements for your nationality and destination is your responsibility. A booking will not be refunded because a document requirement was missed.

9. Behaviour

Airlines and accommodation providers may refuse carriage or accommodation to anyone whose behaviour puts others at risk. No refund arises in that case.

10. This is a development build

Every price, date and itinerary on this site is illustrative. This is a development build, not a live travel agency. No package described on this site is supplied, and none of the provisions above operate against any real party.
