1. Scope
This policy covers package holidays booked through this site. It sits alongside the booking conditions, which take precedence where the two differ.
2. Cancellation charges
Charges are a percentage of the total package price and rise as departure approaches, because the operator’s own costs become unrecoverable.
| Days before departure | Charge |
|---|---|
| More than 70 days | Deposit equivalent — 20% of the package price |
| 70 to 43 days | 40% of the package price |
| 42 to 29 days | 60% of the package price |
| 28 to 15 days | 80% of the package price |
| 14 days or fewer | 100% of the package price |
3. Refunds owed to you
Where a refund is due it is made to the original payment method. Allow up to 14 days from the date the refund is agreed.
4. Cancellation by the operator
If a package is cancelled before departure and you are not offered a reasonable alternative, you are entitled to a full refund of everything paid for the package.
5. What is never refundable
- Travel insurance premiums.
- Visa and passport costs.
- Extras bought directly from an airline or hotel rather than through the package.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law, including package travel legislation.
7. This is a development build
Every price, date and itinerary on this site is illustrative. This is a development build, not a live travel agency. No money is taken, so no refund can arise.
