FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What Kavro is, what it costs, and what happens after it answers you.

What Kavro is

What am I actually subscribing to?

Access to an AI assistant that reads live fare data and answers travel questions in plain English. That access is the entire product.

Is Kavro a travel agent?

No. It sells no flights, hotels or packages, holds no inventory and never takes money for travel. It points you at whoever is selling the fare.

Does it book anything for me?

No. Every answer ends with a link to the airline, hotel or agent listing the fare, and you book there on their own site.

Where do the prices come from?

Live fare data read at the moment you ask, rather than a cached list. That is why the same question can give different answers on different days.

Paying

How much is it?

See pricing. The plans differ by how many regions are watched and how often the insight refreshes.

Is it a recurring charge?

No. One payment buys 30 days of access. Nothing renews automatically and no card is kept on file.

Can I try it first?

Yes. You get a small number of questions without paying.

Do you store my card?

No. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s own hosted field and never reach this site.

Will Kavro ever charge me for travel?

No. The subscription is the only payment Kavro takes. Your fare is paid to the seller, on their site.

When access ends

Do I need to cancel?

No. Access lasts 30 days and then stops on its own. There is no renewal to cancel and no card on file.

Can I get a refund?

See the refund and cancellation policy for what is and is not refundable.

What happens to my account when access ends?

It stays open. You can pay for another 30 days whenever you like, without setting anything up again.

Using the assistant

What makes a good question?

Where you are flying from, roughly what you want to spend, and what kind of trip it is. Dates and destination are optional — it can work those out.

The price it gave me has changed

Fares move between being read and being booked. Ask again and it will re-read the current data.

Can it help after I have booked?

No. Kavro has no visibility of bookings made after you follow a link out, so amendments and cancellations sit with the seller.

Does it cover every airline and hotel?

No. It reports what it can see in the fare data available to it, which is wide but not exhaustive.
